Streamyx network configuration
Streamyx basic- multiple computers (dynamic IP).
In order to share the Streamyx basic package, you can either use an ADSL modem/router or use Microsoft's Internet Connection Sharing software.Below is the configuration with the ADSL modem/router.
With splitter
Without splitter (built-in to the modem)
Enterprise - single computer (1 fixed IP).
- Connect / install DSL modem, splitter (if necessary), microfilter (if necessary) as shown in the above diagram – TM will install.
- Configure login ID and relevant setting in DSL modem – TM will assist.
- Install NIC – customer to install.
- Configure NIC properties and 1 X fixed IP Address – TM will configure or assist customer to configure.
