Streamyx network configuration
Streamyx basic - single computer (dynamic IP)
With splitter
Without splitter (built-in modem)
- Connect / install NIC, DSL modem, splitter (if necessary), microfilter (if necessary) as in the above diagram.
- Load the PPPoE login software (e.g WinPoet, Netman Pro)
- Configure NIC properties
- For Win XP, PPPoE connection feature is built-in.
- For MAC computers, Streamyx only support Version OS 10 and above where the PPPoE connection feature is built-in too.
